Calgary Custom Concepts Email Assistant
A private internal productivity application used by authorized Calgary Custom Concepts personnel to work with company-authorized Google email accounts.
Purpose of the application
The Calgary Custom Concepts Email Assistant helps our authorized team review, search, organize, draft, and send business email. It supports customer communication, project coordination, estimating follow-up, vendor correspondence, and internal administration.
How access works
- Only an authorized Google account holder can grant access through Google’s OAuth consent process.
- Email actions are performed for legitimate Calgary Custom Concepts business purposes and under the direction of authorized users.
- The application is not offered as a public consumer service and does not sell Google user data.
- Users can revoke access at any time from their Google Account security settings.
Google API data: Access is limited to the permissions required to provide the email-assistant functions described above. Our handling of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
