Terms of Service

Effective date: September 15, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Calgary Custom Concepts Email Assistant (the “Application”), operated by Nickomi Inc. under the Calgary Custom Concepts name (“CCC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Application is a private internal productivity tool for authorized users. By authorizing or using the Application, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Authorized use

You may use the Application only if CCC has authorized you and you have authority to grant access to the connected Google account. Access is personal to the authorized user and may not be shared with unauthorized persons.

2. Application functions

The Application may provide email search, review, organization, drafting, sending, attachment handling, and authorized account-administration functions. Available functions may change as our internal processes and service providers evolve.

3. User direction and responsibility

• You are responsible for reviewing recipients, content, attachments, and instructions before approving consequential email actions.
• You must use the Application only for lawful and legitimate CCC business purposes.
• You must protect your Google account, devices, and authentication methods.
• You must promptly report suspected unauthorized access to CCC.
• You remain responsible for applicable recordkeeping, confidentiality, employment, and customer obligations.

4. Google authorization

Google account access is provided through Google’s OAuth authorization process. You can revoke access through your Google Account security settings. Revoking access may prevent some or all Application functions from working.

5. Prohibited conduct

You must not use the Application to violate law, infringe rights, send deceptive or abusive communications, gain unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, distribute malware, or process information for an unrelated third party without authorization.

6. Third-party services

The Application depends on third-party services, including Google APIs and authorized infrastructure, automation, security, and artificial-intelligence providers. Their availability and operation are outside our complete control and may also be governed by their terms and policies.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how the Application handles information, including information received from Google APIs. It forms part of these Terms.

8. Availability and changes

We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue the Application or any function at any time for operational, security, legal, or business reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability.

9. Intellectual property

The Application, associated branding, documentation, and original materials belong to CCC, Nickomi Inc., or their licensors. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable right to use the Application as authorized.

10. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the Application is provided “as is” and “as available.” Automated output may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed before it is relied upon for legal, financial, safety-critical, contractual, or otherwise consequential decisions.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nickomi Inc. and Calgary Custom Concepts will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Application. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Termination

CCC may remove or suspend authorization when access is no longer required, when a user leaves or changes roles, when these Terms are violated, or when necessary to protect users, data, or systems.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Alberta, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Application or legal requirements change. Continued authorized use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
