Its the center piece of our entire cooking ensemble and Nick really showed how he is a cut above all the rest. I watched him carefully agonize over small details that would be easily overlooked by less professional tradesmen, to be sure he is doing the highest quality work possible. As importantly,  he is honest, which is hard to find nowadays. My mom and I contracted him to do the flooring of our house and we are very HAPPY with his work.  He was always on time and would notify us when he was going to be on site.
